Job Description

The dominant human resources outsourcing company in the New York City market wants to add to its long list of Fortune 500/1000 clients and is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to secure corporate contracts and develop new accounts.

The desired applicant for the Account Executive position must have a minimum of three years of business to business sales experience selling ANY product or service to high level New York City corporate clients in one or more of the following categories: Information Technology, Legal, Accounting and Finance, Administration/General Office Support.  Examples of desirable previous sales experience would be outsourcing, staffing, payroll services, any services to law firms, HR services, operations services, facilities management, or any other products or services sold to C level executives, operations managers or senior department heads of Fortune 1000 companies.  Other requisites are a 4-year college degree, excellent communication skills, and the talent to develop into a sales management role.

This position requires client entertainment, friend making, and relationship building to develop long term connections with key decision makers.

The compensation package includes a salary of $90,000 plus commissions for a first year total of $150,000.  With residual commissions after the second year, $200,000 is the norm income for Account Executives.  Benefits are comparable to those offered by a Fortune 1000 company (health, dental, vision, 401K, etc.).
