We are looking for part-time staff to work in our before and afterschool program.  Our program runs in the elementary schools in the Naperville/Aurora school districts 203 and 204.  We currently have our program located in 30 different schools, and are looking to staff each school with quality, consistent staff.

Prerequisites:

• Must be a high school graduate
• Must have flexible schedule and would be willing to work Monday-Friday
• Must possess good communication and organizational skills
• Experience working directly with children
• Must have or obtain First Aid and CPR certification (within first 60 days)
• 2 years of college preferred

   General Responsibilities:

   The Site Director will be responsible for the daily operation of a before and after school program. This includes planning, implementation, and supervision of the daily activities of the before and after school program. At times it may include the school days out program.
