A leading staffing firm in NYC seeks a Manager for its Legal Recruitment Division. The Manager will be responsible for leading and growing a team of 7 recruiters/account managers (filling job orders, managing client relationships and generating new business with NY-NJ-CT law firms and legal departments of major corporations). This is a key executive position reporting to the SVP and previous staffing experience IS NOT REQUIRED.
The desirable candidate must have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience selling legal services to a client base including leading law firms in New York City (e.g., document management, litigation support, outsourcing, stenographic services, etc.). Although staffing industry experience IS NOT REQUIRED, previous work essentials include a proven ability to manage others, deliver bottom line revenue growth, the professional presence and persona to successfully interface with high level executives, and a work history of exceptional client service.
Compensation package includes a salary of $125,000-$150,000 and commissions for a first year package of $200,000, plus an extremely attractive benefits package typical of a Fortune 500 Company.
