One of the largest/leading NYC staffing companies is growing its Legal team, seeking both an Account Executive (Sales) AND a Recruiter.
The Account Executive will sell staffing services to new Fortune 1000 corporate clients, while also maintaining, servicing and developing existing business, building on the company’s long list of established corporate clients. This is a repeat business selling situation requiring friend-making, relationship building and client entertaining with a highly desirable client base.
The ideal candidate MUST have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience selling to law firms or corporate legal departments in New York City, NJ and CT (e.g., document management, litigation support, outsourcing, stenographic services, staffing, executive search, etc.). Staffing industry experience IS NOT REQUIRED.
Compensation is commensurate with experience with a base of $60,000-$100,000 plus commissions for a first year annual compensation of $100K plus % and extensive benefits common to major corporations.
The firm is also seeking a Recruiter who MUST have at least 2 years of experience in legal staffing. Compensation for this position will be calibrated to current and target earnings: base of $60,000 to $80,000 plus commission.
