80-lawyer Chicago-based IP boutique, seeks an experienced Trademark Paralegal. Responsibilities of the position include preparation and electronic filing of U.S. trademark applications and maintenance documents, conducting trademark scans using subscription-based databases, compiling trademark reports using CPA docketing software and Excel, coordinating foreign filing and maintenance through communications with foreign associates, and other support services to trademark attorneys.  Requirements include: bachelor's degree, a minimum of 2-3 years of trademark paralegal experience, team-player attitude, and excellent references.
