We are a multi-line agency offering products for a large national insurance carrier. We are looking for a property and casualty licensed assistant to help us grow. Position is full time with hourly wage plus sales bonus program. Position is available immediately.

Essential Position Qualifications/Requirements
Sales experience, telemarketing, customer service, organizational skills, multi-tasking, high energy, positive attitude, goal oriented,and advanced computer skills. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Job duties
Greets and assist visitors, answer calls and take messages, policy issuance, policy changes, pick up mail and distribute, maintain computer and hard files, billing, computer entry, quoting, providing exceptional customer service, cross selling, making phone calls to warm & cold leads, setting appointments for agent, and prospecting.

Must be a team player and be willing to learn and achieve personal & agency goals.
